How to Stunt the Aging Process

There is evidence that people are living longer, but what good is it if people are not living better? Many people fear that old age is a period in declining power and a bunch of desperate despair which couldn’t be farther from the truth. If we learn how to replace that fear with a positive attitude, a better understanding of our physical and spiritual consciousness, and a better flow of activity, then we can expect to benefit a lot from old age.

About a century ago 1 in 10 people would make it to the age of 65. Most of the people that lived that long were worn out by a lifetime of inadequate nutrition, widely spread disease, and hardcore physical labor. Their years were painful not because they were old, but because they lived a harsh life and their body couldn’t handle that.

Luckily, today most people no longer faced those types of conditions, and most people can expect to live long into their 60s and 70s. The physical and mental breakdown we receive from old age is a result from internal stress that we can learn to understand then avoid.
