Useful Guides to Helping You Live Long and Healthy...

Physical Health Tips

In this section I will outline some healthy practices that can help boost your health, and possibly help you to live a longer, healthier and happier lifestyle. The first thing I will highly suggest even-though you probably heard it like a billion times is to eliminate that tobacco, regardless of your age or your current health status.

You should also try to moderate your alcohol intake. If you’re an alcoholic than I will highly recommend seeking out some help, but if you’re not then try to cut it out a little.

Wine can actually have some healthful benefits, but only if it is consumed in moderation. You should also try and make some dietary alterations to your current diet. Fat is not bad and you need some in your diet but you shouldn’t be overindulging yourself in it.

Besides, it will literally make your brain slower. Most Americans get close to 40 percent of the calories in their diet from fats so it’s smart to try and get it to close to 10-20 percent which is a pretty fair amount.

You should consider picking up some type of activity that you can enjoy for about five days a week. It doesn’t have to be a strenuous boot-camp but it doesn’t have to be something that you can do without breaking a sweet, and should be somewhere in the middle. Choose a solid cardiopulmonary program that will whoop you back into shape.

FYI, golf is actually not recommended for an aerobic exercise (I wonder why?) and it can be stressful if it’s combined with some business activities.
